  1. How much does shipping cost?

    I ship with UPS because I have found them be one one of the most reliable mailing companies. Your information will be input into the mailing system and you will be given the tracking number. All items will be insured.

    Shipping costs will be an estimate of materials for packing, insurance, weight, and location of delivery. The customer, or client will be responsible for paying for the shipping of the artwork.

    If the art arrives damaged from the shipping process the dispute is between the shipping company and the customer, or client. I will assist in anyway I can but your information will be in the mailing system. Should a problem arise they will contact you.

    Please be aware if your address is not within the USA your shipping cost will increase dramatically.

  2. How Long Does It Take To Ship?

    To process the order, it generally takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the destination to get the artwork to you.

  3. Where Are You Located?

    This is an internet business, but I am located on 300 Jefferson St., Oakland, California 94607

  4. If I Can’t Afford The Price Will The Artist Negotiate?

    My prices are fair, but under certain circumstances I would be willing to negotiate.

  5. How Can I Contact The Artist?

    You can contact the artist through the MODEW website or at his Instagram page, and Facebook page. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

  6. Is There a Contract?

    Yes there is a contract. The contract is between the artist and client, or customer. Once a purchase is made, the contract will be alive, and active for the lifetime of the artist family. The client or customer will be responsible that he/she will not promote, reproduce, copy, use intellectual property, or sell images of artwork without the express written consent or permission of the artist.

    If the client or customer chooses to buy the outright to the copyrights of the artwork. Please contact artist inquiry.
